A Tornado Watch has been issed for portions of West Central Texas until 11 AM.
Thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and tonight across much of the area. The afternoon storms are expected to affect areas mainly north of a San Angelo to San Saba line. Tonight a line of storms is expected to move through the entire region. Very large hail, damaging winds, and isolated tornadoes will all be possible both during the afternoon and tonight.
An upper level storm system will approach West Central Texas this weekend, resulting in an increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms. A few storms may become strong to severe.
