Arctic Air Plunges into the Great Lakes, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

Arctic air dropping through the northern and eastern U.S. and a storm off the east coast will bring periods of snow, very cold wind chills and hazardous traveling conditions from the Upper Great Lakes to the Northeast. Quite pleasant weather is in store for this afternoon as high temperatures will be in the mid 60s to lower 70s across the area. Winds will be a bit breezy at around 12 MPH with gusts as high as 25 MPH. Otherwise, quiet weather and light winds will leave a rather nice evening in place before cooling off into the mid 30s for tomorrow night.
