Shower and thunderstorm activity expected, mainly across sectors of the interior and southwestern quadrant of Puerto Rico. Marine conditions will start to deteriorate as Tropical Storm Matthew moves into the eastern Caribean Sea.

Showers and thunderstorms expected over eastern portions of the area as Tropical Storm Matthew approaches the region. Seas up to 10 feet and winds up to 25 knots expected across the regional waters. Therefore, there is a small craft advisory in effect for most of the regional waters.
