Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will affect eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas tonight into early Monday. There is a marginal risk of severe storms for parts of southeast and east central Oklahoma. Damaging winds and perhaps hail to the size of quarters are the primary severe weather threats. Locally heavy rain may also fall over parts of eastern Oklahoma.
