A few lingering storms are possible during the morning hours from what is left over from tonight's storms out on the High Plains. More development is expected by afternoon along the lingering frontal boundary. A few of these storms could be strong with gusty winds and hail. Storms will be diurnally driven, thus dissipation is expected as we approach sunset Tuesday evening. Thunderstorm chances will increase further during the middle to latter part of the work week as a series of upper level disturbances move through the region.
