An upper level storm system will move through the region Tuesday and into Tuesday night, bringing more rain to parts of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. The highest totals are currently expected to be in southeast Oklahoma and west central Arkansas, where the ongoing drought is the worst. Not a drought buster but still much needed.
