OVER THE REGION DURING THE EARLY MORNING. THE HIGHEST
PRECIPITATION RATES WILL OCCUR ROUGHLY ALONG THE I-69 TO M-59

WILL RESULT IN A SLUSHY ACCUMULATION AROUND 1 INCH BETWEEN 2 AM
AND 5 AM...AND MAINLY ON UNPAVED SURFACES.

FARTHER NORTH...THROUGH THE TRI CITIES AND NORTHERN THUMB...
PRECIPITATION WILL BE MOSTLY SNOW BUT WILL BE LIGHTER AND

VISIBILITY RESTRICTION FOR MOTORISTS WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERN AS
SNOWFALL RATES INCREASE. WET ROADS COULD ALSO DEVELOP SLICK
SPOTS...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES.
