THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM FRIDAY TO 1 PM PST
SATURDAY. A WIND ADVISORY HAS ALSO BEEN ISSUED. THIS WIND
ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM FRIDAY TO 1 PM PST SATURDAY. THE
HIGH WIND WATCH HAS BEEN UPGRADED.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 40 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 70 MPH
  ARE EXPECTED IN THE WARNING AREA. SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 30 TO 40
  MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH ARE EXPECTED IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING AREA INCLUDE: HIGHWAY 31 BETWEEN
  PAISLEY AND SUMMER LAKE AND THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF KLAMATH AND
  LAKE COUNTIES.

* LOCATIONS IN THE ADVISORY AREA INCLUDE: LAKEVIEW, PAISLEY,
  SUMMER LAKE, CEDAR PASS.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND DIMINISH BY
  SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS: TRAVEL ALONG ON HIGHWAY 31 WILL BE IMPACTED BY STRONG
  CROSSWINDS DURING THIS EVENT. GUSTY WINDS ALONG OTHER AREA ROADS
  COULD MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT. HUNTERS IN REMOTE AREAS SHOULD
  PREPARE FOR VERY WINDY CONDITIONS.

DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA
CAUTION.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A HIGH WIND
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM FRIDAY TO 1 AM PST
SATURDAY. THE HIGH WIND WATCH HAS BEEN UPGRADED.

* WINDS: SOUTH 40 TO 45 MPH GUSTING TO 70 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE FRIDAY MORNING...THEN DIMINISH
  FRIDAY NIGHT.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: PORT ORFORD, CAPE BLANCO, HEADLANDS, AND
  OTHER EXPOSED COASTAL AREAS.

* IMPACTS: HIGHWAY 101 WILL BE IMPACTED BY THIS STORM, AND TRAVEL
  ALONG THIS HIGHWAY COULD BECOME DIFFICULT. THE PORT OF PORT
  ORFORD WILL BE EXPOSED TO WIND AND WAVE ACTION. A COMBINATION OF
  VERY STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN WILL MAKE DRIVING VERY
  HAZARDOUS AS WELL AS CAUSING LIMBS TO BREAK AND TREES TO TOPPLE.
