* WAVE HEIGHTS ON LAKE TAHOE: 2 TO 3 FEET WITH HIGHEST WAVES ON
  NORTH AND EAST SHORES.

* SMALL BOATS WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF
  LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 40 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROUGH CHOP ON AMERICAN FALLS RESERVOIR. SMALL BOATS
  ARE PRONE TO CAPSIZING.
