  NORTH WINDS MAY RISE TO NORTH GALES 35 KT FOR AREAS SOUTH OF
  GOLD BEACH AND 30 KT TO THE NORTH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* SEAS...STEEP WIND DRIVEN 6 TO 8 FEET...INCREASING TO TO 7 TO 9
  FEET THIS EVENING. VERY STEEP SEAS OF 8 TO 12 FEET MAY DEVELOP
  TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.

* AREAS AFFECTED...ALL AREAS WILL BE AFFECTED BY SMALL CRAFT
  ADVISORY SEAS THIS MORNING. SMALL CRAFT WINDS AND SEAS WILL
  DEVELOP SOUTH OF PORT ORFORD LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
  TUESDAY MORNING WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY SEAS CONTINUING
  ELSEWHERE. GALES ARE POSSIBLE SOUTH OF GOLD BEACH TUESDAY

A GALE WATCH IS ISSUED WHEN THE RISK OF GALE FORCE WINDS OF 34 TO
47 KNOTS HAS SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED...BUT THE SPECIFIC TIMING
AND/OR LOCATION IS STILL UNCERTAIN. IT IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL LEAD TIME FOR MARINERS WHO MAY WISH TO CONSIDER
