THURSDAY NIGHT IN SOME MOUNTAIN AND DESERT LOCATIONS...

.A PACIFIC STORM SYSTEM WILL APPROACH THE REGION THURSDAY AND
BRING A PERIOD OF STRONG GUSTY WINDS FROM THE MOUNTAIN CRESTS
EAST INTO PARTS OF THE DESERTS. WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST IN
RIVERSIDE AND SAN DIEGO COUNTIES. LOCAL GUSTS TO 60 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE THROUGH SAN GORGONIO PASS AND THE EAST SLOPES OF THE
RIVERSIDE AND SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS...INCLUDING THE DESERT
FOOTHILLS. WINDS WILL BE SOMEWHAT LIGHTER FRIDAY AND OVER THE
WEEKEND.
