Winter Travel Impacts from the Southern to the Northeast U.S.; Increasingly unsettled in the West

A winter Storm will continue to impact the Southern Plains to the Southeast, and to the Northeast into tonight. Snow packed and icy roads are creating hazardous travel conditions, and unusually cold temperatures and gusty winds are bringing chilly conditions into the farthest southern locations.
