Low temperatures will vary from 11 degrees above normal across the southwest to as much as 5 degrees below normal along the eastern border.
Another strong backdoor cold front will move into eastern New Mexico. Low clouds will gradually develop east of the central mountain chain behind the front Thursday afternoon and evening.
Modest moisture will seep into western New Mexico, leading to a few showers and thunderstorms. Elsewhere, mid to high level clouds will be observed with temperatures running near to slightly below average.
