Life-threatening and locally catastrophic flash and urban flooding is expected across portions of south-central Texas through early Friday, with significant river flooding and rapid rises on small streams, arroyos, and typically dry washes expected. Quiet Weather For The Most Part
We continue to have near to below normal temperatures for the remainder of the week. As we move to the weekend, temperatures will start to pick back up. While the overall forecast is dry, a pop up storm or two can't be ruled out each day, and there may be an increased threat of storms on Friday, mainly in the southeast, but right now it's only 20 to 30% in the far southeast Panhandle, with the vast majority of the Panhandles expected to be dry.
