...National Weather Service Cleveland Office Relocating in September...

The National Weather Service Cleveland Weather Forecast Office (WFO)
will be moving to a new building on or about September 14, 2020.
The new office is located in Brooklyn Heights Ohio. The radar and
the official climate observing equipment (ASOS) will remain at the
existing location at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

The new main phone number for WFO Cleveland included recorded
forecasts will be:


Most NWS forecast products and services will be uninterrupted
by utilizing a combination of remote computing capabilities as
well as backup support from the Weather Forecast Office in Buffalo, NY.

WFO Cleveland radar data will likely be unavailable up to 12-24
hours starting 8am September 14th.

Ten NOAA Weather Radio transmitters will be temporarily off the air
for up to a couple of days during the move to the new facility.
These include:

Youngstown, OHWWG-56162.500 MHZ
Cleveland, OH KHB-59162.550 MHZ
Mansfield, OHWWG-57162.450 MHZ
Bellevue, OHKHB-97162.400 MHZ

Toledo, OHWXL-51162.500 MHZ
Grafton, OHWNG-698162.500 MHZ
Meadville, PAKZZ-32162.475 MHZ
Erie, PAKEC-58162.400 MHZ
