Locally Heavy Rainfall And Flooding Continues Over Southeast Texas; Severe Thunderstorms And Flooding Possible Over The Plains

Remnants from Imelda will continue to produce rainfall over southeast Texas into Saturday. Flash Flood Watches and Warnings continue. Major flooding on area rivers, streams, and low lying areas will continue.
