Winter storm watches have been expanded to include all of eastern North Dakota and all of northwestern and most of west central Minnesota late tonight thru Monday night.   Rain later today into tonight with rain changing to snow later tonight and snow Monday into Monday night.  The highest risk of more than 6 inches of snow is over eastern North Dakota.  While there is high confidence that a storm system will impact the area, there is much uncertainty in regards to temperatures, precipitation type and exact amounts. Thus forecasts are subject to further adjustments.
