Heavy Lake Effect Snow Downwind of the Great Lakes; Unsettled Weather Along the West Coast

Heavy lake-effect snow and gusty winds will continue through Thursday downwind of the Great Lakes. Snowfall totals could reach up to 2 feet. The combination of heavy snow and gusty winds will bring hazardous driving conditions with blowing and drifting snow.
