Isolated severe storms capable of producing damaging wind gusts, hail up to quarter size, and a tornado or two are possible Sunday mid morning through early evening.
Heavy rainfall and flash flooding will be possible Sunday from the early morning hours through early evening. Localized amounts of 2- 4" are possible, which could result in flash flooding.
Rain will increase across the area later on tonight ahead of an approaching cold front. A few thunderstorms can't be ruled out toward daybreak.
Showers and scattered thunderstorms are expected across the region on Sunday as a cold front moves across the region. Some storms could be severe, and rainfall could be locally heavy.
