Severe storms capable of producing damaging wind gusts and large hail remain possible in the southern part of the area tonight. A tornado cannot be ruled out in the slight risk area. Isolated severe storms will be possbile in the marginal area.
Besides the thunderstorm threat tonight, there is some patchy and occasionally dense fog out there to contend with as well. Slow down and use low beam setting on headlights if in areas of fog!
Isolated severe storms will be possible Monday, mainly across east Mississippi. The primary risk will be damaging winds and large hail. A tornado can not be ruled out.

There will remain a chance of thunderstorms tonight including the potential for a few strong to severe storms. Areas of fog and some patchy dense fog will be possible towrd morning in the south as well. Otherwise, temperatures will be warmer than normal again.
