Severe storms will be possible late this morning through early Thursday morning. The greatest chances will be for areas north of a line from Hamburg, AR to Jackson to Quitman, MS where damaging wind gusts, and large hail. South of this line, isolated severe storms will be possible with damaging wind gusts and quarter to golf ball size hail.
Severe thunderstorms will be possible across the region Sunday morning through Sunday night. These storms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts, large hail, tornadoes, and locally heavy rainfall. This event is still several days away, and there will be changes to timing and impacts as the event draws closer. Stay tuned for updates.
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible today, with some storms possibly becoming severe during the afternoon. High temperatures will range from the middle to upper 80s.
Showers and thunderstorms will be possible tonight, especially for areas along and north of Interstate 20. Warmer than normal minimum temperatures can be expected, ranging from the lower 60s to around 70.
There will be a slight chance for showers for areas south of Interstate 20 mainly in the morning hours tomorrow. High temperatures will be cooler, ranging from the lower 70s to mid 80s as a cold front moves south.
