Our annual Groundhog Day had a slightly different twist this year as the event was only open to emergency management, media, law enforcement and other public officials. In addition, as opposed to simply touring our facility and talking to staff members, guests were treated to a series of presentations on office operations and outreach, as well as on Hurricane Rita.
