.Summary...
The month was significantly above average in terms of high and low
temperatures. Cooler periods were scattered through the month, but
mostly occurred in the first three weeks. The most prolonged period
of warmth occurred in the last ten days, when daily readings were
15 to nearly 25 degrees above averager at times.

December managed to be the driest month since November of 2017, and
was the driest month of 2019. It was the driest December in three
years.

There was no measurable snowfall for the first time in four years.

The average high, low and monthly temperatures were the warmest
since 2015, but failed to crack the top ten warmest for the month.
