.Summary...
The month of December at Pine Bluff was above average in terms of
high and low temperatures. Cooler periods were scattered through
the month, but mostly occurred in the first three weeks. The most
prolonged period of warmth occurred in the last ten days, when
daily readings were running 10 to 20 degrees or more above average.

December managed to be the driest month since June of 2018, and
was the driest month of 2019. It was the driest December in five years.

For the third consecutive December, snow fell but was not measurable.
