This February was warmer than average and wetter than average. Oddly
enough, the the warmest period of the month was in the first week,
when high temperatures rose well into the 70s. However, a strong
Arctic front on the 7th dropped temperatures over 40 degrees in less
than 24 hours, and the remainder of the month was fairly mild by
comparison.
Rainfall was above average for the second February in a row. Snow
fell for the second February in a row, but was not measurable.

low temperature was the warmest since 2017. The average monthly
temperature was the coolest since 2015.
