.Summary...
This February was warmer than average and wetter than average. Oddly
enough, the the warmest period of the month was in the first week,
when high temperatures rose well into the 70s. However, a strong
Arctic front on the 7th dropped temperatures over 40 degrees in less
than 24 hours, and the remainder of the month was fairly mild by
comparison.

Rainfall was above average for the second February in a row. Snow
fell for the second February in a row, but was not measurable.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the coolest since 2015. The average
low temperature was the warmest since 2017. The average monthly
temperature was the coolest since 2015.

There were 16 days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which
was the least in two years (since 2017).

Daily temperatures were evenly split during the month, with 14 days above
average and 14 below average.

Though still well above the 30-year average, it was still the driest
February in two years (since 2017). There were 12 days with
measurable rainfall during the month, which was the most in eight
years (since 2011).

Sleet and snow fell during the month, but was not measurable. This was the
