.Summary...
This February was warmer than average and wetter than average (though not
nearly to the extreme of last year). Oddly enough, the the warmest period
of the month was in the first week, when high temperatures rose well into
the 70s. However, a strong Arctic front on the 7th dropped temperatures
over 40 degrees in less than 24 hours, and the remainder of the month was
fairly mild by comparison.

Rainfall was well above average, though it was technically the driest February
in two years. Snow fell but was not measurable.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the coldest since 2015. The average low
temperature was the coldest since 2016. The average monthly temperature was the
coldest since 2015.

There were six days with low temperatures at or below freezing, which was the
fewest since 2017. However, there were no days with highs 80 or above, which
was the first time since 2016.

Daily temperatures were above average on 13 days, average on three days, and
below average on 12 days.

on record for the month of February in Pine Bluff. Only February 24, 1930,
February 4, 2008, and February 20, 2018 saw a warmer low, which was 66 degrees.

Though rainfall was over two and a half inches above the 30-year average, this
was the driest February since 2017. there were 15 days with measurable rainfall
during the month, which was the fewest in two years (since 2017).
