...Data for Harrison for January 2020...

.Summary...
January was rather warm at Harrison...a little over four degrees
above the 30-year average. While this was abnormal, it was nowhere
near record warmth for the month. The coldest period of the month was
during the third and fourth weeks of the month. Otherwise, daily
temperatures through much of January were as warm as around 5-20 degrees
above average.

Rainfall was a little over an inch and a quarter above average. With
the exception of the first week, rainfall was frequent. However, it
was not excessive, with only one day recording over one inch.

For the first time since 2015, no measurable snow fell in January.
However, trace events were frequent, with non-measurable snow and
sleet falling on six days during the month, which is slightly above
the average of five for January.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the warmest since 2017. The average
low temperature was the warmest since 2012. The average monthly temperature
was the warmest since 2017.

.Daily Temperatures...
Temperatures were above average on 21 days, below average on nine
days and average on one day. There were 18 days with low temperatures at
or below freezing, which was the fewest since 2017. There were five days
with high temperatures warmer than 60, which was the most since 2017.

.Monthly Rainfall...
Rainfall for the month was exactly the same quantity as January of 2019.
So technically, this would make it the wettest January since 2019.

Just like January 2019, there were 11 days with measurable rainfall. This
is the fourth January in the last 15 years with 10 days or more of measurable
rainfall.
