.Summary...
January at Pine Bluff was nearly four degrees above average. While
it was indeed warm, it was nowhere near record levels. The coldest
period of the month was in the second and third week. Otherwise,
much of the remainder of the month saw daily temperatures as
high as five to 20 degrees above average.

Rainfall was well above average for the month, and it was the
wettest January in seven years. There were 17 days with measurable
rainfall, which was the most in January in 70 years (since 1950).

For the second January in a row, no measurable snow fell.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high, low and monthly temperatures were the warmest
in three years, but nowhere near record warmth for the month.

.Daily Temperatures...
Temperatures were above average on 21 days, below average on nine
days and average on one day. There were eight days with low temperatures
at or below freezing, which was the fewest since 2017. There were ten days
with high temperatures at or above 60, which was the most since 2017.

It was the wettest January since 2013. There were 17 days with measurable
rainfall, which was the most for January since 1950. This also tied with
1916 for the third highest number of days with measurable rainfall in
January. Only 1950 (18 days), and 1937 (22 days) had more.
