AT PINE BLUFF, JULY WAS SLIGHTLY WARMER THAN AVERAGE, WITH LOWS
MAKING THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTION. HIGHS WERE ACTUALLY BELOW
THE 30-YEAR MEAN BY NEARLY A DEGREE AND A HALF. LOWS, HOWEVER, WERE
THE WARMEST IN FIVE YEARS, AND OVER A DEGREE AND A HALF ABOVE THE 30-
YEAR MEAN. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE DURING THE MONTH ONLY REACHED 95
DEGREES, WHICH WAS THE FIRST JULY SINCE 2007 WITH A MAXIMUM
TEMPERATURE OF 95 DEGREES OR COOLER. THIS WAS ALSO THE FIFTH
CONSECUTIVE JULY WITH NO 100-DEGREE READINGS.

FOR THE FIRST MONTH SINCE MAY, RAINFALL WAS BELOW AVERAGE, THOUGH IT
WAS ONLY BY LESS THAN ONE INCH. THE DRIEST PERIOD WAS FROM THE 10TH-
19TH. THERE WERE EIGHT DAYS WITH MEASURABLE RAINFALL, AND NO
EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2018. THE AVERAGE
LOW TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2015. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY
TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2018.
