.Summary...
With the exception of the second week and portions of the final ten
days of the month, March in Pine Bluff was well below average in
terms of temperatures. Basically, the first seven days of the month
clinched this, as that particular period was the coldest since 1960
in terms of average high temperature. Readings moderated by the
second week, but turned colder during the third week, though not as
significantly as before.

Rainfall was below average for the first March in two years (since
2017). Over half of the rain fell during the second week. No snow
fell for the 4th March in a row.
