NOVEMBER AT HARRISON WAS CHILLY. MOST OF THE MONTH WAS COLDER THAN
AVERAGE...ESPECIALLY IN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS. BY MONTH`S END, READINGS
HAD MODERATED QUITE A BIT.

RAINFALL WAS OVER TWO AND A HALF INCHES ABOVE AVERAGE, AND IT WAS THE
WETTEST NOVEMBER IN 13 YEARS.

SNOWFALL WAS SLIGHTLY ABOVE AVERAGE, WITH SLEET AND SNOW FALLING ON
FIVE DAYS AND THE FIRST MEASURABLE SNOW OCCURRING ON THE 11TH.

.MONTHLY TEMPERATURES...
EVEN THOUGH THE AVERAGE HIGH, LOW, AND MONTHLY TEMPERATURES WERE BELOW
AVERAGE, IT WAS STILL THE WARMEST NOVEMBER SINCE 2017.

TEMPERATURES WERE ABOVE AVERAGE ON 12 DAYS, AVERAGE ON TWO DAYS,
