NOVEMBER IN PINE BLUFF WAS RATHER COLD...SIMILAR TO LAST YEAR. THE
FIRST TWO WEEKS WERE THE COLDEST, WITH READINGS MODERATING DURING THE
LAST HALF OF THE MONTH. HOWEVER, ON THE WHOLE, NOVEMBER WAS NEARLY
FIVE DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE IN TERMS OF TEMPERATURES, AND ONE OF THE
