.Summary...
October at Pine Bluff went the complete opposite of September in
terms of temperatures and rainfall. Whereas September was drier than
average and near record warm, October ended up wetter than average
and the coldest in seven years.
Temperatures began the month in the 90s, peaking in the mid 90s
during the first three days. Things took a turn on the 7th and never
completely recovered. The coldest period came in the second week and
the last three days of the month.
Rainfall was fairly evenly distributed throughout the month. It was
the wettest October in five years.
