September at Harrison was above average in terms of temperatures, though not
by much (less than 0.5 degree). This was the 6th month this year with average
temperatures higher than the 30 year mean. Even so, it was still the coolest
September in several years.

For only the second month in the year, rainfall was below average, though it was
less than one inch. Regardless of that, it was actually the wettest September in
several years.
