Drought conditions have eased thanks to beneficial rain A small area of abnormally dry conditions lingers over southern MI and central Indiana U.S. Drought Monitor Drought intensity and Extent D0 (Abnormally Dry): Branch and Hillsdale counties in Michigan. Southern White, Cass, and Grant counties in Indiana.
