Updated Hydrologic Conditions and Impacts Streamflows on the unregulated river basins over the past 7 days have been below normal across the Palouse region, northern mountains, and the central ID Panhandle where snowmelt has slowed down. The 8-14 day outlook favors 33-40% of below normal temperatures 33-50% of above normal precipitation for late June.
