A powerful upper level system will send a series of fronts through the Northwest with rain, gusty winds, and a wintry mix in the higher elevation. Upper level system will bring strong showers and thunderstorms to parts of the Southwest, Ohio Valley, and Florida. Heavy rain could cause flooding in the Ohio Valley and Florida.
