Typhoon Bualoi Moving Away from CNMI; Strong to Severe Storms in the Southeast; Another Cold Western Storm

Typhoon Bualoi is moving northwest and away from CNMI, but heavy rain, flooding, and gusty winds will continue into Tuesday. A cold front moves into the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic with potential for severe storms with damaging winds and brief tornadoes.
