Subject:  The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) will replace 
buoy 46012 with a Saildrone starting on or about September 1...2023

The National Data Buoy Center (NDBC) will replace buoy 46012 with a
Saildrone starting on or about September 1...2023.  The data from
this Saildrone (WMO ID 1801589) will only be released in a BUFR
format using the 3-15-011 template under GTS header IORX03 KWNB.
The distribution for this new header should include everyone
currently receiving the data.  However...if you don’t receive the
data please ensure you are subscribed to the new header.
