The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for...
  Latah County in the Panhandle of Idaho...
  Southwestern Benewah County in the Panhandle of Idaho...
  East central Whitman County in eastern Washington...

* Until 530 PM PST.

* At 444 PM PST, a snow squall was located along a line extending 
  from near Colfax to near West Clarkston-Highland, moving northeast 
  at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds and rapidly 
           falling visibility. Wind gusts up to 20 mph. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous 
           within minutes. Rapidly changing road conditions.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 330 and 383.
 U.S. Highway 195 in Washington between mile markers 5 and 29, and
near mile marker 41.

Locations impacted include...
Pullman, Moscow, Colfax, Genesee, Troy, Potlatch, Juliaetta,
Kendrick, Palouse, Garfield, Albion, Colton, Uniontown, Onaway,
Farmington, Tensed, Princeton, Sanders, Joel, and Harvard.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow Down! Rapid changes in visibility and road conditions are
expected with this dangerous snow squall. Be alert for sudden
whiteout conditions.
