Strong and well-mixed W-NW winds will impact the region today and
Wednesday. Look for widespread gusts of 40+ mph each day. Gusts 
to 60 mph are expected along the western foothills, and 50+ mph 
gusts are possible over eastern zones tomorrow. Winds will subside
across the area Wednesday night. Building high pressure aloft 
will otherwise bring dry conditions today through Thursday, with 
above normal temperatures beginning Thursday. There is potential 
for weak afternoon and evening thunderstorms Friday thru the
