Powerhouse Storm Set for West; Severe Weather Threat the Next Several Days

The most significant of the recent Pacific storms to reach the West Coast will arrive this weekend, mainly Sunday into Monday. A number of hazards are expected, especially the heavy rain threat on Sunday across northern and central California that may result in flooding and debris flows near burn scars.
