Severe Storms/Possible Flooding for Northeast; Heat in the West; Disturbance in Gulf of Mexico

A cold front will produce strong to severe thunderstorms and heavy rain with flooding in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Meanwhile, a heat wave will continue in the West with numerous record high temperatures possible. Finally, a disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico has a medium probability for tropical or subtropical development before reaching the northern Gulf Coast Wednesday night or Thursday. Read More >
