Tracking Atmospheric River for California; Record Temperatures Further East

An atmospheric river will bring gusty to high winds, moderate to heavy rainfall, and potential flooding to California today through Saturday. Heavy snow will be possible over the Sierra Nevada mountains into Friday associated with this atmospheric river. If there are Red Flag Warnings or Fire Weather Watches on the clicked area, the text for those will show up in the first tab. Otherwise this tab will not show up.
A tab with the Fire Weather Forecast Discussion and the forecast for the Fire Weather Zone clicked upon will be in the second tab.
A color coded Fire Weather Matrix will show up in the next tab. Some offices have created custom thresholds for the matrix. Otherwise, "default" parameters will be used. Note: This information covers the area on the map within the "green square".
The final tab has a 3 hourly point forecast matrix for the next 6 days. Note: This information covers the area on the map within the "green square".
