...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 PM THIS EVENING TO
10 AM CHST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Winds 15 to 25 kt. Occasional gusts to 35 kt near
  heavier showers.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM ChST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A tropical disturbance is expected to move
  south of Guam overnight, producing a period of locally heavy
  showers and strong gusts across the region, especially for Guam
  and Rota waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
