* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...A portion of central California.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not
limited to, Interstate 5, as well as California State Routes 99,
33, 41, 43, 46, 59, 152, 165, 168, 180, and 198.

* WHERE...Lower Matanuska Valley.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM AKST early this morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
Below freezing temperatures may lead to frost on bridges and
roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog has developed across portions of the
Matanuska Valley, particularly across the Knik Valley, affecting
the Glenn Highway at Knik Bridge. Visibility may be near zero at
times. Fog will gradually dissipate this morning as winds increase.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced
