* WHAT...Sub-freezing low temperatures in the upper 20s expected.

* WHERE...Northern Coos and Southern Coos Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
