Severe Weather and Flash Flooding in the South; Heat Concerns in Puerto Rico and Texas

Strong to severe thunderstorms and some isolated to widely scattered instances of flash flooding are possible for the Mid-South and the lower Ohio and Tennessee Valleys. Some additional areas of flash flooding will be possible across portions of the High Plains.
