Excessive Rain May Bring Flooding in the Southern High Plains; Excessive Heat in Puerto Rico

Across the southern High Plains, daily rounds of locally heavy rain from heavy thunderstorms today through Wednesday may generate flash, urban, and small stream flooding impacts, especially across portions of the Texas and Oklahoma Panhandles and eastern New Mexico.
