* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.

  remaining steep at 6 to 9 ft.

* WHERE...All areas south of Reedsport will experience very
  steep hazardous warning level seas, with very steep seas
  expected north of Reedsport through early Thursday morning.
  Afterwards, all areas will experience steep seas hazardous to
  small craft.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 5 AM PDT
  Thursday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Bar crossings will become especially
  treacherous.
