...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...

  White River at Petersburg and Edwardsport.

.Recent periods of heavy rainfall have led to a rise of the White
River. Minor flooding south of Interstate 70 in western Indiana will
continue through the week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The next statement should be issued late tonight by around 1245 AM

  County is flooded.  Low agricultural fields flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 19.9 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 AM EDT Monday was 19.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this evening and continue falling and remain below flood
    stage.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

  flood waters.

  - There is no current observed data.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.5
    feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood
    stage late Thursday evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 18.6 feet, INDOT may close SR 358 between SR 67 at
  Edwardsport to SR 57 at Plainville due to flooding.  SR 358 floods
  on the east side of the river between the levees.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM EDT Monday /6:00 AM CDT Monday/ the stage was 19.2
    feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 AM EDT Monday /6:00 AM CDT Monday/ was 19.2
    feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.2
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

  Governors Road in Knox County.  In agricultural season...farmers
  are concerned at this stage.

  - At 10:45 AM EDT Monday /9:45 AM CDT Monday/ the stage was
    16.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 10:45 AM EDT Monday /9:45 AM CDT Monday/ was 16.5
    feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1
    feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage
    late Thursday morning.

southeast Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Isolated thunderstorms are possible this evening, though the threat
of severe weather appears low at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Periods of thunderstorms are expected from Tuesday night through
Saturday. While a few stronger storms are possible Tuesday night,
the better chance for severe weather will be on Wednesday. The
severe weather threat into the weekend is more uncertain.

Spotter activation is not anticipated tonight.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

A few storms possible from around Perry County, MO northeast to
Wayne County, IL through sunset. Heavy rain, small hail and gusty
winds are the main threats.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday

Thunderstorms are possible beginning Tuesday night. A front will
approach and stall over the region Wednesday through Sunday providing
a focus for thunderstorm development each day. Multiple rounds of
thunderstorms are possible with heavy rain. Areas of flooding may
develop through the weekend. Severe thunderstorms may develop
particularly on Wednesday with some risk remaining each day through
the weekend.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not anticipated through Tuesday although it is
likely at various points through the second half of the week.
